The argan tree grows only in a small part of the world, mainly in the desert regions of south-west Morocco. Most of the world&#8217;s argan oil comes from the area of Agadir, and it is the fruit of the female trees &#8211; which are smaller &#8211; that is the most sought after. Argan oil is known around the world as &#8220;liquid gold\u00e2\u20ac\u009d, but in Morocco the argan tree is \u00e2\u20ac\u009dthe tree that gives life\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. We have a stone mill to grind our flours. We produce organic breads and baguettes with natural leavening, which are weighed and shaped by hand, as well as pastries such as croissants, vegan chocolate breads, pretzels and Boxem\u00e4nnercher. Our team of pastry chefs makes organic \u00e9clairs, lemon meringue tarts, macaroons and delicious logs for the festive season every day. Every scent is a result of a long research process in Aromatherapy and Ayurveda and has the goal of transporting you into another world, even if just for few seconds, and help you deal with the grey and stress of everyday life.
