Drain the potatoes and cut into thin slices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Wash the spring onions and cut them into rings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Fry the diced bacon, potato slices and spring onions in oil. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Heat the Kochk\u00e4se slightly with the cream.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Put the fried potatoes in an oven dish and pour the heated Kochk\u00e4se over the potatoes.
