Just off a stone path, tucked away from the noise and surrounded by greenery, Restaurant Chalet am Brill is the perfect spot for a delicious and convivial break. Set in the heart of the Domaine Thermal park in Mondorf-les-Bains, chef Morgan Champavere showcases local and seasonal ingredients in dishes that blend freshness with flair.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional cuisine with a twist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each dish at Chalet am Brill tells a flavourful story, where classics are reimagined with a contemporary touch. Among the must-tries are the freshly prepared beef tartare, the chef\u2019s cordon bleu, and Flammekueches \u2014 traditional or with Munster cheese for those who love strong flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this summer season, the meal might begin with a homemade gazpacho served with goat\u2019s cheese cream and crusty bread, or marinated coeur de boeuf tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, accompanied by pesto and creamy burrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every lunchtime, a dish of the day (\u20ac16.90) is on offer, and each month brings a new suggestion that allows the chef to unleash his creativity. This July, octopus takes centre stage, served with a chorizo emulsion, black rice, and basil mayonnaise: a dish full of flavour and freshness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
