Method
- Wash the apples, remove the core and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roughly chop the pistachios, pine nuts and mixed nuts. Combine with marzipan, egg yolks and cream. Fold in the raisins and cranberries. Fill the hollowed apples with the mixture.
- Place the apples in a greased baking dish and pour over the white wine, Marsala and orange liqueur. Bake for about 20 minutes.
