Canchánchara is said to be the oldest known cocktail in Cuba. Equal parts practicality and magic, we like to use Eminente Cuban Rum and local lavender honey to add beautiful floral notes to this delicious cocktail.

- 50 ml Eminente Rum
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice about 1 lime
- 20 ml honey syrup 2 parts honey to 1 part water
- 30 ml soda
- Add the Eminente Rum, lime juice, and honey syrup to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice or into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, a sprig of lavender, or both.
