- 4 figs
- 100 g goat’s cream cheese
- 40 g pistachios
- 20 ml pomegranate syrup
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the figs. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut an X into each fig about two-thirds of the way down.
- Stuff each fig with goat’s cream cheese and grill in the oven at 220°C (200°C fan) for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and pomegranate syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
