Stuffed Figs with Goat’s Cheese

  • 4 figs
  • 100 g goat’s cream cheese
  • 40 g pistachios
  • 20 ml pomegranate syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wash the figs. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut an X into each fig about two-thirds of the way down.
  • Stuff each fig with goat’s cream cheese and grill in the oven at 220°C (200°C fan) for 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and pomegranate syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
